Once we’ve had a consultation and agreed to the terms and timeframe of your project, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your primary email. Once payed, work will commence.

Most services will be billed as a single payment. For larger projects, a billing term of 50% down and 50% upon completion will be stated. The spit payment system is handled within the PayPal invoice system.

There are no refunds on digital services, multimedia work and/or hosting services.

For online store purchases, a refund is determined on a case-by-case basis.
